Enter your full name and email address. Also create a Username and Password in our doctor network secure site. Click “next” and complete a few more personal questions.

Benefit provider search: “Ally Health AH1” click “verify”

You will receive an Email verification from MDLIVE. Please make sure you received this Email. If you did not, go to your SPAM folder. Once you open the Email, click “Verify Email.”

Sign in to Your Account: It will take you to the MDLIVE site where you will enter the Username and Password you just created. Click “Sign In.”

See a Family Physician Now: Welcome to our MDLIVE homepage.
Here you can manage your account:
- Click on “Family Members” link to add your family members.
- Go to the Menu (top left) and click on “My Health” to add your personal medical history so you can be served more efficiently when speaking with a Doctor.
- Go to Menu to “See a Doctor”. Doctors in your state will be listed for you to speak with by video or phone, as well as schedule a consult.
